Here is a short sample of some basic swings anyone learning how to swing Indian clubs will learn.
One thing I personally enjoy about Indian club swinging is that there are no rules as how to combine the swings rather it can be a very organic process. Still a newcomer to Indian clubs will need to start somewhere. First just learning the basic wings and doing each a number of times.
It’s easier to learn the sings with just one club and then later adding the second hand as you become comforatable.
I realize this is really just a very brief demo, and if you are like me, it may take a while to get Heart Shaped swing down. I think the Heart Shaped Swing is the kind of all Indian Clubs swings. If you’re having trouble and want more guidance on how ti figure these out, leave a comment and I’ll make some deeper tutorials.
